The Genepacker Gold X benefits from a combination of carefully selected White Duroc genes through its 12x dam line, together with the high proflicacy of the 16x.

The 12x – which contributes 50% of its genetics to the Genepacker Gold X parent gilt – is renowned as a robust, hardy alternative to the Landrace, capable of withstanding challenging conditions, whilst still offering excellent prolificacy.

The 16x similarly produces animals that can cope with the challenge of modern day pig farming whilst producing large numbers of offspring that both grow and grade.

As a result, the Genepacker Gold X displays exceptional hybrid vigour making it robust, hardy and capable of thriving in a wide variety of conditions both indoors and out.
